1. Seeker Posts a Gig: A Seeker creates a gig with necessary details.
2. Helpers Bid on Gigs: Helpers place bids, view profiles, and initiate messaging for negotiation.
3. Seeker Accepts a Bid: The Seeker selects a Helper to proceed with the job.
4. Helper Starts Job: The Helper initiates the job, and the Seeker receives a start notification.
5. Seeker Confirms Start:
   • If confirmed, the status changes to “In Progress.”
   • If denied, the Seeker can raise a dispute or cancel the booking.
6. Job Completion and OTP: Upon job completion, the Seeker provides an OTP to the Helper.
   • The Helper enters the OTP to receive payment.
7. Dispute Management:
   • If a dispute is raised, the Admin reviews and resolves it.

Funds are adjusted and distributed according to the resolution outcome.
